How can we help?

Use the search and browse tools on TruckGO to narrow results by location, make, model, price, condition, and other available details. Save promising listings so you can compare them later.

Try widening the distance, price range, year range, or other filters. Inventory changes as sellers add and remove listings, so checking again or saving a search can reveal new matches.

Open a listing and use its contact options. Include a clear question and accurate contact information. The seller, not TruckGO, decides when and how to respond.

Allow reasonable time for a reply, then send one concise follow-up or try another contact method shown on the listing. Never send payment simply to encourage a response.

TruckGO provides a marketplace where independent sellers advertise inventory. Confirm the condition, ownership, specifications, availability, and seller identity yourself before committing to a purchase.

Arrange an in-person inspection when practical and consider using a qualified independent mechanic. Check identification numbers, maintenance records, included equipment, signs of damage, and whether the description matches the item.

Ask the seller for the identification number and available records. Use the appropriate government, manufacturer, lien, theft, or history resources for this type of truck in your jurisdiction.

Compare similar listings and account for age, condition, usage, equipment, location, and needed repairs. Put the agreed price and included items in writing before money changes hands.

Financing availability depends on the options displayed for your site and listing. Compare rates, total cost, terms, and fees from reputable lenders; a seller should not require an unfamiliar lender as a condition of sale.

Meet in a secure setting and use a payment method you can verify. Be cautious with wires, gift cards, cryptocurrency, overpayments, escrow links supplied by strangers, and requests to move money before inspection.

Buyer and seller must agree on pickup or transport. Independently verify any carrier, insurance, timing, and cost. Treat pressure to pay a supposed shipper or refundable transport deposit as a warning sign.

Warning signs include an implausibly low price, conflicting details, refusal to speak or meet, copied photos, urgent payment demands, and claims that TruckGO will hold or guarantee funds. Stop the transaction if details cannot be verified.

Use the reporting option available on the listing or contact the support channel shown by TruckGO. Include the listing link, messages, and a short explanation, but do not send passwords, full payment credentials, or sensitive identity documents.

Requirements vary by location and truck type. Confirm the seller can transfer valid ownership, use a detailed bill of sale, record the identification number and price, and complete applicable registration, tax, and title steps.

Sign in to save listings you want to revisit and, where offered, save search criteria for future inventory updates. A saved item may still be changed or removed by its seller and is not reserved.
